RPA & AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and release features for the FC App, which includes FC management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, labor tracking, and operational workflows.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, LLM APIs, AWS Bedrock, and n8n while maintaining ownership of code quality, cost, latency, and maintainability.

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions and agents for fulfillment center operations, incorporating multimodal document/data processing with evaluations, guardrails, observability, QA, security, and documentation.

• Collaborate with fulfillment center leadership, operators, and technology teams to identify operational challenges, prioritize automation, integrate data sources, and promote adoption and support.

• Broaden the use of AI and automation across fulfillment center operations and effectively communicate timelines, trade-offs, and expectations to business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.

• Proficient in full-stack development and coding with expertise in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Capability to integrate systems, utilize APIs, and create custom solutions that extend beyond no-code tools.

• Experience in AI-assisted and agentic development with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and APIs.

• Familiarity with evaluations, observability/tracing, guardrails, MCP servers, or orchestration tools such as n8n/Agent SDK is highly preferred.

• Strong skills in business partnership and delivery.

• Ability to translate operational requirements into software, identify opportunities, iterate based on feedback, and achieve results with increasing autonomy.

• Self-driven and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in fulfillment, operations, or e-commerce is advantageous.

• Must have a work-from-home setup with a 4th-generation-or-higher Intel i3 or equivalent processor, a minimum of 4GB RAM, Windows 10 or newer or Mac OSX, dual monitors, stable wired internet with at least a 10 Mbps plan, a PC headset, and an HD webcam with at least 720p resolution.
