This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the Fatigue 360 system and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
• Confirm that rosters are in line with operational and project needs while adhering to policies and standards.
• Track fatigue levels and associated risks, collaborating with employees and managers to implement necessary actions.
• Generate and disseminate roster, fatigue, and compliance reports.
• Organize and allocate resources to enhance workforce productivity and planning.
• Coordinate and communicate the accommodation and travel needs of employees.
• Assist managers and employees with inquiries related to roster management, fatigue compliance, and workforce planning.
• Monitor staffing levels and resource availability, identify gaps, and aid in contingency planning.
• Maintain records for workforce planning and provide management information, reporting, and analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and fatigue management requirements.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Assist the Practice Manager with administrative, operational, and resource management tasks.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in building effective relationships with colleagues, managers, operational teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and resolve problems.
• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or scheduling position.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Experience in rostering, workforce planning, scheduling, or resource coordination is advantageous.
• Background in aviation, emergency services, healthcare, transport, professional services, or similar operational fields is a plus.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Must have a flexible approach to working arrangements, including occasional travel.
• May require relevant security clearance and proof of 5 years or longer UK residency.
