Roofing Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage roof repair and replacement initiatives across Daniels facilities.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to internal roofing teams.

• Supervise estimating, material sourcing, scheduling, and project documentation.

• Organize daily work activities, workforce, materials, and equipment requirements.

• Ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety and budgetary constraints.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors as project needs arise.

• Conduct roof inspections and provide recommendations for repairs.

• Assist with additional facility enhancement and construction projects as required.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all relevant safety standards.

• Collaborate closely with Property Management, Facilities, and Construction teams to prioritize roofing tasks.

• Travel across the United States to support Daniels facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.

• Prior experience leading roofing teams as a Foreman or Superintendent.

• Familiarity with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and roof repairs.

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and roofing best practices.

• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
