Roofer, Carpenter – Quality Assurance & Installation Coordination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide quality assurance and technical assistance for ongoing installation projects.

• Assess and review completed photovoltaic installations to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to standards.

• Conduct technical analyses and manage complaints effectively.

• Assist installation teams by addressing technical inquiries and challenges on-site.

• Collaborate with specialist departments to develop solutions for installation-related technical issues.

• Perform preliminary evaluations of planned installations to assess technical feasibility and practicality.

• Contribute to the optimization of installation processes and quality standards.

• Document and monitor quality-related initiatives.

• Work in collaboration with installers, project managers, and specialist departments.

• Engage in office-based tasks utilizing practical trade experience to uphold high quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a roofer, carpenter, or a comparable trade qualification.

• Alternatively, possess several years of hands-on experience in installing photovoltaic systems.

• Demonstrate strong quality awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exhibit technical understanding with the capability to resolve problems practically.

• Maintain a structured and independent approach to work.

• Showcase strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with installation teams.

• Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office applications.
