Robotics Process Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment and upkeep of RPA solutions utilizing UiPath for a client within the US Government.

• Offer expertise in RPA solutions and methodologies to assist developers throughout every stage of the RPA delivery lifecycle and Accreditation Program.

• Guide peers through the RPA solution development and support lifecycle.

• Discover new process opportunities, and analyze, estimate, and evaluate process viability.

• Examine, comprehend, and meticulously document business processes.

• Determine and convey technical infrastructure needs.

• Create RPA process solutions in line with established RPA design principles and conventions.

• Manage responsibilities and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

• Navigate ambiguous situations and collaboratively devise effective solutions to business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, along with 10 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in developing and maintaining RPA solutions with UiPath.

• 1-3 years’ experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML.

• Proficient in scheduling and debugging using RPA tool schedulers or command centers.

• Familiarity with GitHub for source code management.

• Experience in an Agile work environment.

• Certification as a UiPath RPA Associate or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is preferred.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust Security Clearance is required.

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Prior experience with US Federal Government Contracts is preferable.
