
Robotic Clinical Specialist – Southern California

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system into healthcare facilities.
• Assist in the expansion or establishment of robotic surgery programs and transitions of platforms.
• Engage with stakeholders involved in robotic programs to define goals and establish metrics.
• Organize regular meetings to review program progress.
• Design training plans for surgeons and coordinate off-site training sessions and supervised surgical cases.
• Create training plans for staff and facilitate their learning processes.
• Participate in surgical procedures during training sessions for surgeons and staff.
• Employ change management strategies to involve stakeholders and secure their support.
• Mentor hospital personnel to ensure skill transfer and operational independence.
• Collaborate with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare surgical environments.
• Monitor project milestones and showcase the value provided at pilot sites.
• Willingness to travel nationally more than 75% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales, or related experience, or an Advanced Degree with no related experience.
• Requirement to relocate to a major site of implementation.
• Openness to travel extensively within the country (>75%).
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Preferred: 12-18+ months of clinical sales experience in an operating room setting.
• Familiarity and experience with operating rooms and surgical procedures.
• Proven capability to manage strategy from implementation to results delivery.
• Awareness of quality and regulatory standards.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Skill in integrating and coaching customer teams.
• Experience in change management and process enhancement.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and research abilities.
• Knowledge of hospital workflows and complex healthcare settings.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Foreign degrees must comply with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required upon hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for positions below the Principal level.
