This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system into hospitals.
• Expand current robotic surgery programs, initiate new programs, or facilitate platform transitions.
• Engage with robotic program stakeholders to establish program objectives and metrics.
• Organize regular program review meetings.
• Create training plans for surgeons and coordinate off-site training and proctored surgeries.
• Formulate training plans for staff and assist them through their learning phases.
• Participate in surgical cases during training sessions for surgeons and staff.
• Employ change management strategies to involve clinical stakeholders and secure their support.
• Mentor hospital staff to enhance skill transfer and operational independence.
• Collaborate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital personnel to prepare operating rooms.
• Monitor milestones and illustrate the value provided for pilot sites.
• Travel frequently across the territory and nationwide.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales, or related experience, or an Advanced Degree with no related experience.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in operating rooms and surgical procedures.
• Capability to devise strategies through detailed implementation and results achievement.
• Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Competence in integrating and coaching customer teams.
• Experience in change management and process optimization.
• Robust analytical, interpersonal, and research skills.
• Understanding of hospital workflows and intricate healthcare settings.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• For degrees obtained outside the U.S., a degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Candidates should reside within 50 miles of the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and nationwide, exceeding 75% of the time.
