📋 Description

• Address specific issues arising from live Roblox games

• Analyze the reasons behind these issues

• Develop potential solutions utilizing AI, research, and critical thinking

• Resolve challenges related to CTR, thumbnails, icons, retention, monetization, progression, UX, gameplay, and other relevant areas

• Examine competitors and broader Roblox platform dynamics

• Generate and filter ideas, keeping only the most viable solutions

• Clearly communicate solutions for implementation considerations

• Learn from the decision-making process and intuition of the Creative Director

• Monitor the outcomes of implemented ideas and assess post-implementation results

• Refine judgment based on actual performance

• Question assumptions as judgment improves

• Mentor future Frackers after consistently demonstrating strong performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Roblox native with a profound understanding of the Roblox platform, its players, culture, discovery processes, CTR, retention, progression, monetization, social systems, and player behavior

• Relevant experience may include Roblox development, game design, product-focused Roblox creation, LiveOps design, Roblox analysis, growth-oriented development, or seasoned Roblox creation

• Highly inquisitive and skilled at approaching problems from various angles

• Capable of leveraging AI as a cognitive enhancer

• Produces a multitude of ideas while decisively eliminating weaker ones

• Values the effectiveness of ideas and is comfortable with measurable outcomes

• Open to direct feedback and willing to accept being wrong repeatedly

• Resilient in the face of constant idea rejection

• Must provide evidence of Roblox experience, including understanding of Roblox games, rationale behind choices, AI tools utilized, and an example of a Roblox game issue with a suggested modification
