Roadshow Sales Executive – East Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in delivering memorable experiences and events for Owners and guests during their vacations.

• Respond to Owner inquiries concerning property usage and available amenities; provide recommendations based on gathered information.

• Follow up on referrals and leads provided by Owners.

• Address requests for pricing details, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and information regarding the portfolio/network.

• Reach out to Owners to assess their satisfaction, promote upcoming offers, and cultivate business opportunities such as reloads and referrals.

• Create and maintain customer contact records to ensure effective follow-up.

• Welcome and greet guests while anticipating and addressing their needs.

• Interact promptly and professionally with both colleagues and guests.

• Contribute towards achieving team goals.

• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A current and valid Florida Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one by January 1, 2027.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• The position may necessitate background and drug screening in accordance with local and state regulations.

• Required to hold an active and compliant professional Real Estate License where legally mandated.

• A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred.

• Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, as well as perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• Ability to either stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods.
