This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with WWE’s Executive Producer and Director to implement all show-related components.

• Partner with WWE’s Creative Team and Producers on the overall direction of the show.

• Manage backstage crews for both live and pre-recorded segments and vignettes.

• Engage directly with WWE’s broadcasting partners, including Netflix, USA, The CW, and Peacock.

• Work closely with partners on in-show integrations.

• Organize rehearsals with Producers and Talent.

• Collaborate effectively with WWE HQ’s Media and Business divisions, encompassing Domestic & International production, Promos, Digital/Social, Graphics, Global Partnerships, Talent Relations, Communications, Music, and more.

• Act as a liaison between WWE Superstars, On-Air Talent, WWE Executives, and Business Partners.

• Field produce off-site shoots and events featuring WWE Talent and Executives.

• Stay updated on WWE programming, storylines, talent, partners, and products.

• Undertake various roles including Commercial AD, Tape AD, Floor Manager, and Stage Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in LIVE TV or production is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• This role will necessitate significant travel (90%).

• Must be willing and able to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Highly attentive, composed under pressure, and possesses a professional demeanor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film & TV, or a related field of study is required.
