RN, Supervisor – Preauthorization Imaging Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily operations, ensuring accountability and leadership while coordinating work, quality, and service.

• Act as the first-line supervisor within the Department of Medical Care Management for the designated site/function.

• Support the efforts of assigned team members.

• Lead ongoing utilization management, needs assessment, and educational initiatives.

• Deliver educational resources to the Medical Care Management staff.

• Engage in assigned teamwork activities.

• Provide case management services as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of Virginia.

• A BSN is required.

• A valid RN license is mandatory.

• For Integrated Care Management departments, specialty certification must be obtained within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CGMT-BC).

• For other service lines, certification relevant to the specialty area is required within one year of eligibility.

• A minimum of 3 years of Case Management/Utilization Review RN experience is required.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience is necessary.

• Familiarity with JIVA, Epic, and QNXT is preferred.

• Proficiency with MCG guidelines is preferred.
