RN – Hospice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized care to elderly patients in their homes or residential facilities.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to create tailored care plans.

• Address each patient’s specific goals and requirements.

• Provide coverage for Home Health and Hospice patients located in Kingman, Arizona.

• Conduct visits that generally last between 45 and 60 minutes.

• Administer care during 9-week Home Health episodes.

• Offer additional compassionate services for Hospice patients.

• Travel throughout the designated service area and assigned territory.

• Participate in a monthly weekend on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an experienced Registered Nurse (RN).

• Hold an active Arizona RN License.

• Possess a valid Driver's License.

• Maintain current Auto Insurance.

• Obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Hold a current CPR or BLS Certification.

• Provide a current TB Test (skin test within the last year or chest x-ray within the last 5 years).

• Willingness to travel throughout the service area is essential.

• Ability to offer coverage in the Peoria Buckeye area.

• Availability for one weekend on-call rotation each month is required.

• IV experience is preferred.

• Demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
