This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

• Conduct confidential evaluations for clients

• Create personalized treatment strategies

• Aid in establishing goals

• Provide focused coaching and health education

• Offer self-care management resources

• Assist clients participating in the Workforce Health program
