RN Clinical Navigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication between patients and healthcare providers while managing related documentation, such as FSA letters, medical referrals, and lab results.

• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to address patient issues efficiently.

• Partner with Customer Service to troubleshoot patient inquiries concerning physician requirements and treatment-related tasks.

• Provide clinical insights regarding medications, lab tests, side effects, and other clinical questions in conjunction with clinical operations.

• Assist physicians in promptly addressing patient care challenges.

• Adhere to established protocols and procedures while enhancing operational processes and the patient experience.

• Accept additional clinical projects or responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN; possession of a compact state license or residency in an eligible state is required.

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality.

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and often evolving environment.

• Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.

• Quick learner of new technology systems and communication platforms.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting working with physicians and/or patients, ideally in a telemedicine context.

• Proficient in using Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Meet.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, displaying empathy and effectiveness.

• Proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement opportunities.

• Availability on weekends is essential, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
