RN Clinical Navigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication between patients and healthcare providers, along with related documentation, such as FSA-related correspondence and medical referrals.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promptly address patient concerns.

• Work together with Customer Service to resolve patient inquiries regarding physician requirements and treatment-support tasks.

• Offer clinical insights on medication, lab results, side effects, and other clinical questions in partnership with clinical operations.

• Assist physicians in promptly addressing patient care challenges.

• Adhere to established protocols and procedures while enhancing operational workflows and patient experiences.

• Take on additional clinical projects or responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN; must possess a compact state license or reside in an eligible state.

• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail and quality.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently evolving environment.

• Possess creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results.

• Quick to adapt to new technology systems and communication platforms.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in healthcare settings working with physicians and/or patients, ideally in a telemedicine context.

• Proficient in using Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, and Slack.

• Strong and empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
