This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, prioritize, coordinate, and advance analytical initiatives within the Risk organization.
• Act as the main point of contact between Risk Services stakeholders, internal Data Science and Technology teams, and external AI vendor partners.
• Create and manage a backlog and roadmap of AI opportunities for Risk Services.
• Discover AI opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risk, improve decision-making, or create business value.
• Assess and rank initiatives based on their business impact, feasibility, data availability, regulatory factors, resource capacity, and likelihood of approval.
• Set success metrics and performance indicators for AI initiatives.
• Oversee vendor delivery tasks, requirements, testing, implementation planning, and performance evaluations.
• Track vendor commitments, deliverables, timelines, and anticipated business outcomes.
• Convert business goals into requirements, user stories, and use cases in collaboration with Data Science.
• Organize prioritization and scheduling of AI development activities.
• Confirm that delivered solutions align with documented business requirements.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, risk management, compliance, and security standards.
• Engage in AI intake, evaluation, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with teams from Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security.
• Aid in documentation for AI models, decision-making logic, and business processes for audit and client transparency.
• Investigate, assess, and pilot AI, machine learning, and risk management technologies.
• Foster awareness and integration of AI capabilities across Risk Services.
• Create business cases, presentations, executive summaries, and performance reports.
• Monitor the realization of benefits and suggest improvements to models and AI workflows.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred professional certifications in project management, business analysis, data analytics, AI governance, or related fields (e.g., PMP, CBAP, Agile, AI governance certifications).
• Over 6 years of experience leading or supporting analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or related business transformation projects, including stakeholder coordination, requirements development, prioritization, and solution delivery.
• More than 5 years of experience with AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI principles, AI regulatory considerations, explainability, auditability, or technology governance frameworks within a regulated industry or financial services setting.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies, including their business applications, capabilities, limitations, and associated risks.
• Understanding of fraud prevention, risk management, payments, lending, or related operational settings.
• Capability to identify, assess, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of AI opportunities based on business value, risk, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
• Proficiency in translating business goals into requirements, use cases, user stories, success metrics, and implementation plans for Data Science and Technology Delivery teams.
• Strong program and project management abilities.
• Effective communication skills with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Experience in developing business cases, roadmap updates, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts including data quality, lineage, privacy, security, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with standard business productivity, reporting, visualization, and collaboration tools.
