RIA Operations Support – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough quality control assessments on reports and client data.

• Compare current data with previous submissions to ensure precision and compliance.

• Offer daily operational assistance for Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) functions.

• Oversee the email sign-in procedures.

• Assist with deposit updates and carry out security verifications.

• Monitor operational activities by regularly updating Basecamp.

• Compile and sustain ongoing operational reports, such as Beta Reports, Client Allocation Group Reports, and Invoicing Reports.

• Keep organized records within portfolio management reporting systems.

• Recognize areas for process enhancement and automation prospects.

• Update and maintain internal workflows and documentation to guarantee operational continuity.
