This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire RFP lifecycle for a designated account portfolio, encompassing proposal development, hotel outreach, solicitations, renegotiations, quality assurance, submission, and handoff for rate loading.
• Ensure that bid responses are submitted in a timely manner, are complete, accurate, aligned with client requirements, and comply with service-level agreements and client deadlines.
• Oversee the RFP Response Program and automation initiatives.
• Monitor automation and rate-loading reports, troubleshoot or redirect errors and issues, and prepare accounts to enhance successful automated responses.
• Provide support to Global Sales partners and Choice franchisees.
• Convey client requirements and collaborate with sellers on strategies and timelines.
• Act as an RFP process subject matter expert and liaison during the business case season.
• Keep precise account records and manage inbound and outbound activities using Salesforce, Cvent Transient (Lanyon), email, phone, and other necessary systems.
• Maintain procedural support documentation, assist with training, and contribute to process enhancements, best practices, and service delivery solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Revenue Management, franchisees, and offshore support teams.
• A minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Experience in the hotel, hospitality, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Cvent Transient (Lanyon).
• Experience with Sabre or other RFP tools is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and goal orientation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and specialized experience is preferred.
