This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct the work of RFID Solution Architects
• Establish and uphold standards, governance, documentation, and engagement processes for the RFID practice
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with RFID vendors and technology collaborators
• Take charge of pricing strategies, discount policies, and profit margin management for RFID offerings
• Work alongside Sales, Product Management, Project Management, and Professional Services to qualify opportunities, design solutions, ensure delivery readiness, and execute implementations
• Advocate for RFID solutions and bolster sales enablement initiatives
• Assess customer needs and pinpoint solution opportunities
• Conduct demonstrations of software and hardware
• Create business cases, estimates, surveys, and associated documentation
• Suggest hardware, software, and comprehensive solution architectures
• Collaborate with Project Management to develop project estimates, timelines, and resource plans
• Analyze emerging technologies and products from strategic alliances
• Evaluate new solutions and market prospects in conjunction with Product Management
• Present innovative technologies and solution offerings to Product, Sales, and leadership teams
• Keep design documentation, solution specifications, and configuration records up to date
• Provide support for AbeTech-branded products and solution offerings
• Remain updated on RFID, IoT, and related industry technologies and best practices
• Lead the RFID practice to achieve consistent technical and business outcomes
• Promote the increased adoption of RFID and IoT solutions within the organization
• Assist in boosting the number of sales professionals actively promoting RFID services by 30% over the year
• Extensive knowledge of RFID solution architecture and IoT technologies
• Proficiency with RFID hardware, software, implementation techniques, and vendor ecosystems
• Understanding of pricing strategies, solution profitability, and margin oversight
• Experience in supporting technical sales and designing consultative solutions
• Capability to lead technical teams and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with BLE and UWB technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial automation sectors is preferred
• Prior experience in managing vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships is preferred
• Relevant certifications in RFID, IoT, or partnerships are preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 35%-50% of the time
• Completion of necessary training programs and certifications
