Rewards Services Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the curation of rewards, management of the catalogue, coordination with suppliers, operations of fulfillment, reporting, and ongoing enhancements.

• Oversee commercial agreements, service expectations, regular evaluations of business performance, supplier deliverables, and relationships.

• Evaluate fulfillment efficiency, order precision, service standards, resolution of issues, and supplier commitments.

• Facilitate process enhancements aimed at boosting supplier performance, operational effectiveness, and member satisfaction.

• Aid in client communications that are in line with program objectives, marketing schedules, and engagement priorities.

• Contribute to recommendations, pricing assessments, promotional strategies, and rewards information for proposals, business evaluations, and client discussions.

• Manage KPI assessments, supplier scorecards, catalogue performance indicators, and reporting on redemptions.

• Analyze data to identify trends in the catalogue, address fulfillment challenges, and implement performance improvement strategies.

• Present results in relation to Rewards Services goals.

• Investigate and integrate AI-enabled tools for supplier research, document creation, or data analysis.

• Document procedures, disseminate best practices, and facilitate scalable operations within Rewards Services.

• Collaborate with the Rewards Services Manager and fellow Rewards Coordinators to achieve departmental objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; or 2–3 years in rewards, loyalty, e-commerce, marketplace operations, supplier management, category management, or a related domain.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with project management or reporting tools such as Jira.

• Desire to enhance communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Keen interest in remaining updated on AI and automation developments pertinent to partner operations and vendor management.

• Willingness to responsibly incorporate AI tools and assist in reviewing outputs for accuracy and compliance.
