RevOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily health and performance of a designated portfolio of live events.

• Track inventory levels, hold times, pricing, and market competitiveness.

• Proactively identify potential issues before they adversely impact performance and escalate events that necessitate broader strategic changes.

• Adjust pricing in accordance with established strategies, processes, and guidelines.

• Rectify incorrectly priced inventory and respond to urgent event and market fluctuations.

• Maintain precision while handling a high volume of pricing decisions.

• Develop new ticket offerings to enhance purchasing opportunities and support revenue growth.

• Update and maintain existing offers as inventory and event conditions evolve.

• Ensure that offers stay accurate, competitive, and in line with established strategies.

• Adhere to shift processes and provide clear transitions to team members.

• Document actions, changes, and key information throughout shifts.

• Identify recurring operational challenges and propose process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in an operational, analytical, trading-support, revenue operations, or a related role.

• Proficient in working extensively with spreadsheets and internal business tools.

• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

• Comfortable adhering to established processes while seeking to understand the rationale behind them.

• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
