This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +5 more countries.
• Develop and manage targeted outbound campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and various channels aimed at health systems, health plans, and behavioral health organizations.
• Identify and experiment with ICP segments, buyer personas, target-account lists, messaging, offers, and calls to action.
• Transform successful strategies into standardized playbooks.
• Conduct systematic growth experiments with established hypotheses, success metrics, timelines, and actionable next steps.
• Leverage AI tools for account research, personalization, content iteration, workflow automation, and performance analytics.
• Oversee CRM and pipeline operations, which include data maintenance, lifecycle management, lead routing, follow-up workflows, attribution, dashboards, and reporting.
• Evaluate funnel performance by channel, segment, campaign, and message.
• Advise on team investment, iterations, or discontinuation of strategies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and enterprise sales team on account-based strategies, sales enablement, campaign execution, and operational cadence.
• Locate and monitor county, state, and federal grants and RFPs.
• Evaluate the suitability of grants and RFPs, manage deadlines and requirements, and coordinate submissions and follow-ups.
• Report directly to Drew Barvir, Co-Founder & CEO.
• Generate qualified opportunities, maintain organization, and enhance growth initiatives through performance insights.
• Over 4 years of experience in growth, demand generation, revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations within a B2B environment.
• Proven experience supporting a complex, multi-stakeholder sales process and collaborating closely with founders or enterprise sales personnel.
• Demonstrated success in creating outbound programs from the ground up and enhancing performance through structured experimentation.
• Proficient in CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, automation, and reporting tools.
• Capability to integrate tools into a reliable operating system.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and funnel data.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Sound commercial judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Direct experience in US healthcare, digital health, or behavioral health is a plus.
• Experience in an early-stage company establishing a GTM function, channel, or operational process from inception is beneficial.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing, event-driven campaigns, partnerships, or channels beyond traditional cold emailing is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SQL, no-code automation platforms, APIs, or data integration tools is advantageous.
• Experience in identifying and assisting with responses to government grants, RFPs, or public-sector funding opportunities is a plus.
• Gross monthly salary ranging from $4,000 to $4,500 USD.
• Full-time contractor position.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Three weeks of paid time off (PTO).
• 3-4 hours of overlap with US business hours.
• Remote work as an independent contractor.
• Full-time primary position (no freelancing or secondary jobs allowed).
