This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Salesforce as the primary record system, encompassing objects, fields, flows, validation, permissions, and data architecture.
• Take ownership of the connected GTM technology stack and system integrations, ensuring synchronization integrity and data cleanliness.
• Handle commission calculations and reporting in collaboration with Finance.
• Oversee deal desk operations and audits, maintaining approval workflow integrity and compliance with pricing and discounts.
• Manage monthly and quarterly revenue operations closing, which includes data validation and reporting handoffs.
• Maintain territory and quota documentation through rebalancing, coverage alterations, and mid-year adjustments.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual processes, including automated reconciliation and exception flagging.
• Assess, pilot, and implement AI and automation tools throughout the GTM stack.
• Document systems and workflows thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Marketing on the integration of systems and data flows between marketing operations and the revenue stack.
• Minimum of 5 years in revenue operations.
• Proven experience managing recurring commercial processes such as commissions, deal desk, closing, or territory management within a B2B SaaS context.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including its architecture, automation capabilities, flows, and data model design.
• Practical experience with contemporary GTM tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Claude, and Cora.ai.
• Demonstrated success in significantly automating manual processes.
• Hands-on experience utilizing agentic or workflow automation platforms.
• Sound judgment regarding the reliability of AI applications.
• Accuracy in managing commissions and revenue closing; adept at reconciling before reporting.
• Knowledge of territory design, quotas, and deal structures and their impact on revenue behavior.
• Capability to prioritize tasks independently amid competing demands.
• Ability to enhance existing processes without disrupting dependencies.
• Effective communication of system trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
