This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Take full ownership of dynamic pricing entries and manage price book updates from start to finish.
• Address discrepancies in the price book and collaborate with the IT department when system-level support is necessary.
• Ensure the integrity of pricing data for downstream quoting and reporting processes.
• Manage pricing addendum issues from the initial intake through to resolution.
• Direct addendum requests to Legal partners and monitor them until closure.
• Oversee SKU lifecycle and tariff-related matters.
• Maintain product setup, governance, and sellability standards.
• Respond to inquiries regarding SKU data status, completeness, and readiness.
• Update commercial artifacts and validate quotes for hardware SKU workflows prior to eCommerce handoff.
• Co-manage account and master-data accuracy while investigating ERP versus Salesforce synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, Product, and eCommerce teams.
• Provide backup support for CPQ / Deal Builder and address quoting issues.
• Assist with reporting, renewal-view, and reconciliation of quotes versus opportunities.
• Route and monitor pricing, addendum, and SKU issues using tracker-based workflows.
• Escalate recurring or systemic problems for governance-level resolution.
• Report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, pricing operations, product/master-data management, or a similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated capability to manage pricing and product data from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ / Deal Builder).
• Familiar with ERP/master-data environments (Dynamics 365 / F&O or equivalent).
• Experience with pricing entry tools and price book management.
• Skilled in maintaining structured records using Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
• Ability to effectively translate between business and systems terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating efforts across Finance, Legal, IT, Product, and eCommerce teams.
• Highly detail-oriented and disciplined regarding processes and routing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
