šŸ“‹ Description

• Develop and refine customer segmentation and sales strategies to ensure that the coverage model effectively targets key segments.

• Generate, disseminate, and present field coverage reports that analyze territory penetration, account counts, characteristics, size, and potential.

• Derive insights from territory-level performance and ensure that modifications are reflected in sales reporting tools and internal territory maps.

• Address field-related inquiries concerning performance against plans, account assignments, and sales strategies.

• Collaborate with senior sales leaders to pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhance sales force efficiency.

• Evaluate and report on revenue performance metrics, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Monitor and interpret business metrics and KPIs in relation to strategic and annual operating plans through regular reporting and dashboards.

• Identify performance discrepancies among accounts and sales executives, recommending plans for performance improvement.

• Refine and improve sales forecasting models and methodologies.

• Analyze and implement business process enhancements to improve the speed and accuracy of information flow.

• Identify, lead, and oversee strategic projects aimed at process enhancements and revenue growth.

• Coordinate resources across departments to streamline processes and support overarching business objectives.

• Collect, develop, and analyze data from various teams to create efficient processes and reports.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or Economics.

• 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a technology or financial services organization.

• Strong analytical skills are essential.

• Exceptional program management abilities with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Proficient problem-solving and executive communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with executives and collaborate across various organizational functions.

• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.

• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

• Familiarity with sales tools such as MS Dynamics, SalesForce, Outreach, and Gong.

• Experience with coding is preferred (e.g., R, Python).

• Must pass a drug test if a conditional offer of employment is made for a US position.
