This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Salesforce instance and the systems that support the revenue organization.
• Provide daily Salesforce administration support, which includes managing fields, objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and user access.
• Diagnose Salesforce issues and assist users in understanding and utilizing the system effectively.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and associated revenue data.
• Assist in managing Salesforce workflows, automations, validation rules, and integrations.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and recurring revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and Revenue leadership to reconcile revenue and ARR reporting while enhancing data accuracy.
• Support revenue tools that include outbound tools, conversational intelligence, flow builders, and CPQ.
• Document and enhance revenue processes and Salesforce workflows.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, data quality, and processes.
• Undertake ad hoc analytical and operational projects as the business expands.
• Develop an understanding of the sales process, deal lifecycle, and factors influencing ARR.
• Work in partnership with Revenue leadership, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
• 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (administrative experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, basic SQL).
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Interest in sales and marketing processes within a startup environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Desire to learn and advance into a more senior RevOps position.
• Experience in a SaaS or data-centric company.
• Knowledge of CPQ tools or Salesforce configuration.
• Basic comprehension of revenue recognition concepts and financial modeling.
