This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Enhance brand equity, ensure top-tier operations, and drive net unit growth for designated hotels.
• Provide consultation and support to hotels regarding revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and the implementation of brand programs and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners and operators as the primary representative of the brand.
• Generate visible brand value for stakeholders and collaborate with hotel sales teams to secure booked business and qualified sales leads.
• Perform on-site business performance consultative visits, typically twice a year.
• Analyze, create, and present Business Performance 360 consultative reviews along with business improvement recommendations.
• Carry out property Quality Assurance evaluations.
• Review and revise Property Improvement Plans.
• Make monthly courtesy calls to each hotel.
• Facilitate periodic training on-site, at regional Townhalls, and during Brand Conferences.
• Monitor and follow up with hotels on action items, including PIPs, RFPs, and other time-sensitive commitments.
• Conduct hotel market assessments to identify sales opportunities.
• Perform in-market sales calls to create booked business and qualified sales lead opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional Franchise Services Manager on hotel performance and escalated support matters.
• Advocate for franchisee requirements in enhancing brand tools, resources, strategies, and programs.
• Address escalated owner/operator feedback concerning brand performance, satisfaction, and license agreement stipulations.
• Partner with the Regional Development Director by prospecting and submitting leads to facilitate brand growth and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in place of a degree.
• Over 4 years of professional leadership in multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation.
• Capability to adapt to various business learning levels and styles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, electronic scheduling and email systems, business intelligence analysis tools, and CRM account management systems.
• Highly organized, self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask across different disciplines and time zones using email, phone, and written communication.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting business needs and priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• A collaborative and resourceful approach to engaging with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Proven history of driving change.
• Must reside within the West Coast & Southwest Region territory.
