This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete commission and compensation processes, which include monthly and quarterly payout calculations, target-setting cycles, drafting of compensation plans, and evaluating and vetting compensation-plan tools.
• Manage the SPIFF program operations, auditing submissions for eligibility, coordinating missing requirements, overseeing approval routing, and tracking program budgets.
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents for GTM tools, enhancements, and workflow modifications.
• Act as the functional liaison between end users and the Revenue Operations engineering team.
• Organize the Notion sprint board by maintaining status updates, triaging the backlog, advancing tasks, flagging rollovers and blockers, and aligning stakeholders on a bi-weekly basis.
• Administer vendor contracts and software licenses, confirm invoices, route them to Accounts Payable, manage renewals and negotiations, and keep track of license counts.
• Generate recurring reporting deliverables, such as weekly KPI summaries and inputs for board presentations.
• Assist with attribution audits, hierarchy updates, resolving duplicate records, and handling ad-hoc data requests across Salesforce, Metabase, and Snowflake.
• Manage an operational portfolio that encompasses compensation, program governance, systems administration, and cross-functional project initiatives.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Proven experience in administering commission or compensation calculations with a strict no-error policy on pay-sensitive tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Capability to translate discussions with stakeholders into clear BRDs, ROE documents, or process specifications with minimal editing.
• Experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
• Proficient in CRM and analytics tools such as Metabase or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT.
• Proficient in spreadsheet-heavy workflows.
• Comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools.
• Program management skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring workstreams simultaneously.
• Competent in maintaining sprint boards and proactively identifying issues.
• Ability to transition between strategic program design and routine administrative tasks.
• Skill in building credibility with front-line representatives, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bonus: experience with SPIFF or the creation and administration of incentive programs.
