This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate closely with the COO and CRO to comprehend, establish, implement, and oversee go-to-market initiatives.
• Create and sustain an analytics framework across Salesforce, business intelligence platforms, and tailored reporting solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, sales cycle duration, pipeline velocity, win rates, annual recurring revenue, and campaign effectiveness.
• Evaluate and enhance campaign performance utilizing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Deliver actionable insights for campaign optimization, resource allocation, and adjustments to go-to-market strategies.
• Construct predictive analytics and sales forecasting models.
• Anticipate trends in the sales pipeline, predict revenue, and identify deals at risk or underperforming segments.
• Create, document, and manage sales operations standard operating procedures, decision trees, playbooks, workflows, and campaign execution guidelines.
• Design and provide training, enablement, and programs for user adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations on requirements, objectives, metrics, processes, reporting, change management, and strategies for adoption.
• Develop and execute go-to-market enablement frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Consolidate and oversee data across Salesforce and integrated business systems.
• Assist in the daily sales operations including accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders, and campaigns.
• Identify and implement enhancements in processes, automation, and technology.
• A minimum of 5 years in data analysis and analytics within a sales context, ideally in a SaaS organization.
• Proficient in sales reporting, data management, forecasting, and statistical data analysis.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, territory alignments, compensation workflows, and strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in designing, documenting, and refining business processes.
• Skilled in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and Excel.
• Awareness of AI-based tools for advanced analytics, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data validation, and quality assurance procedures.
• Strong skills in facilitation and presentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with BI platforms and reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Salesforce Admin experience or certification is a plus.
• Experience in promoting organizational change and user adoption is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and capability to support data-driven decision-making.
