This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Salesforce architecture, data structure, workflows, reporting, integrations, and overall CRM functionality.
• Develop and sustain reporting for Revenue, ARR, NRR, GRR, TCV, pipeline, renewals, expansion, and other essential commercial metrics.
• Ensure that contract terms, customer structures, renewals, and expansions are accurately recorded and monitored in Salesforce.
• Create dashboards and forecasting tools that offer leadership clear insights into commercial performance.
• Identify and implement tools, integrations, and automations to enhance data quality and minimize manual processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to guarantee consistency in commercial data and reporting from Salesforce to financial actuals.
• Manage the daily operations of the Salesforce system, including business logic, requirements, and outputs, while overseeing external Salesforce consultants for significant development tasks.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable technical role within a high-growth B2B company.
• Experience in supporting multi-product pricing models, which include usage-based, variable, and fixed platform fees.
• Proven ability to translate diverse commercial and customer structures into standardized processes across contracting, implementation, revenue recognition, and account management.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise, encompassing Objects, Flows, Reporting, Dashboards, data architecture, and integrations.
• Strong background in revenue analytics, covering ARR, NRR, GRR, TCV, renewals, churn, expansion, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Highly analytical and technical, possessing advanced Excel/data skills and the capability to convert complex commercial structures into scalable systems.
• A systems thinker and problem solver adept at identifying gaps, designing solutions, and working independently in a lean environment.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, Data Loader, or GTM system integrations is an advantage.
