This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead essential operational rhythms, which include weekly updates on forecasting and bookings, pipeline assessments, and monthly/quarterly business evaluations.
• Enhance data models and processes to boost forecasting accuracy and reliability.
• Implement stage definitions, engagement rules, and data standards within the CRM.
• Develop and sustain strategic dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance metrics for the leadership teams in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Improve analytics and reporting frameworks to monitor key sales metrics and trends.
• Offer actionable, data-informed insights to sales leadership.
• Provide insights for executive presentations, quarterly business reviews, board meetings, and ongoing business evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and enable self-service reporting.
• Work alongside Sales, Finance, and Marketing on modeling bookings plans, setting targets, and capacity planning.
• Facilitate quota distribution and assist in compensation planning and analysis.
• Aid in achieving annual objectives and strategic initiatives through goal development, reporting, monitoring, and insights.
• Foster alignment among leadership stakeholders for smooth go-to-market execution.
• Optimize and refine processes, policies, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in the selection, integration, and enhancement of the Sales Tech Stack, including AI-driven platforms.
• Report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar field; preferably in a Fintech or SaaS company.
• Utilizes a results-oriented mindset to assess marketing effectiveness and the ROI of customer engagement strategies.
• Excels in a rapidly growing environment where accuracy, trust, and speed are essential.
• Capable of working independently to complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Assertive yet humble—capable of leading change positively.
• Excellent communicator who can connect the rigor of Finance with the clarity of go-to-market strategies.
• Strong modeling capabilities in Excel and familiarity with a leading BI/dashboarding platform (such as Tableau).
• Able to synthesize data and provide recommendations.
• Trusted to handle sensitive compensation data with care.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and other go-to-market systems, including ZoomInfo, Gong, and Calendly.
