This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead weekly updates on forecasting, bookings, pipeline reviews, and conduct monthly and quarterly business assessments.
• Enhance data models and processes to boost forecasting precision and predictability.
• Implement CRM stage definitions, engagement rules, and uphold data standards.
• Develop and sustain strategic dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance indicators.
• Improve analytics and reporting frameworks for essential sales metrics and trends.
• Deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.
• Provide executive-level insights for quarterly business reviews, board presentations, and routine business evaluations.
• Collaborate with Analytics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability of self-service reporting.
• Work alongside Sales, Finance, and Marketing to model bookings plans, establish targets, and develop go-to-market capacity models.
• Manage quota distribution and assist in compensation planning and analysis.
• Support annual objectives and strategic initiatives through goal setting, reporting, monitoring, and insights.
• Align leadership stakeholders for effective go-to-market execution.
• Enhance and streamline processes, policies, and tools.
• Assist in the selection, integration, and optimization of the Sales Tech Stack, including AI-driven platforms.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar role; preferably within a Fintech or SaaS environment.
• Utilizes an outcomes-oriented mindset to assess marketing effectiveness and the ROI of customer engagement initiatives.
• Flourishes in a rapidly scaling, high-growth setting where accuracy, reliability, and speed are paramount.
• Capable of working independently and executing assigned tasks with speed and precision.
• Demonstrates assertiveness with humility and leads change positively.
• Exceptional communicator able to bridge the rigor of finance with clarity in go-to-market strategies.
• Proficient modeling skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with a leading BI/Dashboarding platform, such as Tableau.
• Skilled in synthesizing data and making informed recommendations.
• Trusted to handle sensitive compensation data with accuracy.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and other go-to-market systems such as ZoomInfo, Gong, and Calendly.
