This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and execute revenue operations strategies, tools, and projects aimed at enhancing sales and revenue growth.
• Design and facilitate onboarding and training initiatives.
• Oversee the revenue operations playbook and technology stack, which includes vendor management, access control, setup, and data integrity.
• Maintain detailed customer data and analyze market intelligence regarding deal successes and failures.
• Formulate strategies that address customer challenges while driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate with various departments to align go-to-market strategies and optimize processes.
• Work closely with leadership on market expansion strategies and represent the company at conferences and events.
• Enable revenue targets through efficient workflows, territory and lead assignments, call lists, and cross-functional operations.
• Validate deals, manage commission submissions, and streamline revenue-generating processes.
• Organize event logistics, operational workflows, and annual customer renewals.
• Prepare and distribute reports on quotas, pipelines, churn, retention, and overall performance.
• Cultivate a values-driven, inclusive work environment and take ownership of team performance, growth, and retention.
• Collaborate with Finance on budget matters and the selection and processing of vendors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and information security protocols.
• Work with leaders and external stakeholders on organizational goals, projects, resources, documentation, and updates.
• Continuously enhance workflows, tools, policies, and processes through AI and automation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Travel as necessary to represent the organization and support team initiatives.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role supporting fast-paced sales or revenue-generating teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategies, workflows, and processes that align with organizational goals.
• Proficient user of HubSpot CRM, Pandadoc, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other essential platforms.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
• Proven history of creating reports or dashboards for SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
• A track record of enhancing workflows, tools, and processes through automation and innovation.
• Skilled in assigning territories and leads, generating call lists, validating deals, and assisting with event logistics.
• Capable of creating and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in team management, including recruitment, retention, and talent development.

• A degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
