This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Lead RevOps initiatives that drive organic growth, enhance new logo acquisition, and boost conversion rates across key markets and targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leaders to establish and prioritize go-to-market revenue operations strategies.
• Create sales motions, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics across the entire sales funnel.
• Deliver insights into pipeline health, revenue forecasting, sales velocity, conversion rates, attribution, and seller activity through comprehensive dashboards.
• Evaluate team, seller, and campaign performance using analytics powered by AI.
• Contribute to the development of strategic annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and forecasts.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks within sales processes.
• Manage workflows, data governance, and integration practices across Salesforce, Apollo.io, HubSpot, NetSuite, and future go-to-market tools.
• Analyze sales and marketing funnel trends based on segments and solutions to guide territory planning, pipeline coverage, and capacity requirements.
• Assess, pilot, and expand the use of AI tools for conversation intelligence, sales engagement, lead scoring, marketing automation, and enhancing seller productivity.
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
• Work with sales and executive leadership to refine selling processes and bolster accountability.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, go-to-market analytics, or a similar commercial operations role.
• Expertise in Salesforce and relevant go-to-market systems, including CRM workflows, pipeline reporting, forecasting, CPQ, and predictive analytics capabilities.
• Proven knowledge in sales motions, funnel management, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that facilitate growth and enhance forecasting in comparable B2B or public safety sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert complex data, predictive insights, and AI-driven analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI- and ML-driven sales and marketing automation tools, such as Clari, Gong, 6sense, HubSpot AI, or similar applications.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated business intelligence/reporting and predictive analytics solutions.
• Capability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
• A learning-oriented mindset with an interest in emerging AI/GenAI technologies.
• Innovative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment driven by AI technology.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada without company sponsorship, both now and in the future.
