This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take charge of Revenue Operations initiatives to drive organic growth, enhance new logo acquisition, and boost conversion rates across key markets and targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with leaders in sales, marketing, and product to establish and prioritize go-to-market revenue operations strategies, encompassing sales methodologies, reporting, and performance metrics throughout the entire funnel.
• Deliver insights into pipeline health, revenue forecasting, sales velocity, conversion rates, attribution, and seller activities through dashboards utilizing clean, governed data.
• Assess team, seller, and campaign performance using AI-driven analytics to assist managers in addressing performance and process deficiencies.
• Contribute to strategic annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and projections.
• Detect and resolve operational bottlenecks within sales processes to enhance forecasting precision, seller engagement, pipeline quality, and revenue bookings coverage.
• Manage workflows, data governance, and integration across Salesforce, Apollo.io, HubSpot, NetSuite, and future go-to-market tools.
• Analyze trends in sales and marketing funnels by segment and solution set to inform territory planning, pipeline coverage, and capacity needs for sellers and marketers.
• Assess, pilot, and scale AI tools for conversation intelligence, sales engagement, lead scoring, marketing automation, and enhancing seller productivity.
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer while closely collaborating with sales and executive leadership.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, go-to-market analytics, or a similar commercial operations role.
• Expertise in Salesforce and associated go-to-market systems, including CRM workflows, pipeline reporting, forecasting, CPQ, and predictive analytics functionalities.
• Salesforce Admin or Developer certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales methodologies, funnel management, and KPIs that foster growth and enhance forecasting in comparable B2B or public safety areas.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data, predictive insights, and AI-driven analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI- and ML-powered sales and marketing automation tools, such as Clari, Gong, 6sense, HubSpot AI, or similar solutions.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing advanced business intelligence/reporting and predictive analytics solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and internationally.
• A learning mindset with an interest in emerging AI/GenAI tools and innovative, resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Comfort in navigating a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving AI-driven technology landscape.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada without company sponsorship for employment-based work authorization.
