This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance customer segmentation and sales strategies to ensure the coverage model effectively targets key segments.
• Create, disseminate, and present field coverage reports that analyze penetration rates, accounts per territory, accounts per sales executive, and account types, sizes, and potentials.
• Derive performance insights from data and reports, ensuring any necessary adjustments are reflected in Sales Reporting Tools and internal sales territory maps.
• Address field-related inquiries about performance against plans, account assignments, and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvements in sales-force efficiency.
• Construct and maintain analytical models for customer segmentation, territory design, quota establishment, and sales capacity planning.
• Convert pipeline, bookings, and win/loss data into actionable go-to-market insights and priorities.
• Develop scenario and growth models that quantify revenue impact and present findings to senior leadership.
• Create and refine reporting systems and dashboards that facilitate self-service access to sales metrics and serve as a reliable source of revenue performance data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Sales leadership on annual planning and operational objectives.
• Identify, lead, and manage strategic projects aimed at driving process improvements and enhancing revenue.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to optimize processes and fulfill business objectives.
• Collect, develop, and analyze information from various teams to create efficient processes and reports.
• Report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, acting as a vital operational partner.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or Economics.
• 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a technology or financial services company.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid background in data analysis.
• Exceptional program management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving and executive communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings with executives and collaborate across various organizational functions.
• A positive, proactive mindset, demonstrating a willingness to roll up sleeves and accomplish tasks.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Familiarity with sales tools like MS Dynamics, SalesForce, Outreach, and Gong.
• Experience with AI tools.
