Revenue Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Ensure consistency in revenue processes while maintaining accurate systems and reporting.

• Take ownership of and enhance essential revenue processes, such as quote-to-cash.

• Oversee integrations and automations within the technology stack.

• Manage dashboards and disseminate insights regarding performance.

• Facilitate coordination among Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Document processes and assist teams in adopting fundamental workflows.

• Provide support to the team with RevOps data insights and light planning.

• Bring clarity and alignment to the designated area of responsibility.

• Ensure revenue data remains accurate and consistent across various systems.

• Identify and execute small-scale improvements.

• Continuously iterate on quote-to-cash, billing, and reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, sales administration, or customer support roles.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Experience with data governance practices.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems is a plus.
