This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Implement revenue analytics and reporting strategies.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, forecasting tools, and associated automations.
• Examine sales and revenue data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Offer insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, enablement, and IT teams on revenue intelligence and sales enablement tools, as well as reporting platforms.
• Spearhead projects that enhance sales enablement, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to promote adoption and improve processes.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to optimize pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
• Recognize manual, repetitive tasks and implement automation and AI to lessen administrative burdens.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on reporting, enablement, and AI-driven tools.
• Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and actionable.
• A minimum of 5 years in analytics, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or Salesforce operations.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and object or field modifications.
• Over 3 years of experience creating dashboards in CRM Analytics or a similar BI platform.
• More than 2 years of experience in designing and deploying workflow automation or low-code solutions that have replaced manual business processes.
• A proven track record of at least 3 years in project leadership and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Salesforce certification in CRM Analytics is preferred.
• Experience with AI or agentic tools, such as Copilot Studio, in workflows and reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow platforms like Nintex Workflow Cloud is preferred.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare or PBM industry.
• Project management or process improvement certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are essential.
• A bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
