Manager, Revenue Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage the daily operations of Revenue Integrity functions.

• Supervise charge capture, reconciliation, chargemaster upkeep, compliance with charging standards, denial prevention and resolution, Revenue Guardian initiatives, and Epic charging processes.

• Oversee the Revenue Integrity team and their operational procedures.

• Guarantee accurate, compliant, and timely charge creation, billing preparedness, reimbursement maximization, and revenue safeguarding throughout the health system.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, Managed Care, Information Services, and departmental leaders.

• Execute operational and regulatory modifications.

• Address charging discrepancies and reduce revenue loss.

• Contribute to the organization's revenue cycle efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

• An advanced degree may be advantageous.

• Preferred experience of 8–12 years in a related field.

• Successful completion of a background check for final candidates is required.

• A drug screening or physical examination may be necessary during the post-offer phase.
