This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Develop and enhance customer segmentation and sales strategies to ensure the coverage model effectively targets specific segments.
• Generate, distribute, and present field coverage reports that analyze territory penetration, account quantities, characteristics, sizes, and potential.
• Derive insights at the territory level regarding performance and ensure that updates are reflected in sales reporting tools and internal territory maps.
• Handle field-related inquiries pertaining to performance against plans, account assignments, and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders to pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhance sales force efficiency.
• Create and maintain analytical models for customer segmentation, territory structuring, quota determination, and sales capacity planning.
• Convert pipeline, bookings, and win/loss data into actionable go-to-market insights and investment priorities.
• Develop scenario and growth models that quantify the revenue impacts of strategic decisions and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design and refine reporting and dashboards for self-service revenue performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Sales leadership on annual planning and operational objectives.
• Drive strategic projects, process enhancements, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Coordinate resources across various departments to streamline processes and align with business goals.
• Collect, develop, and analyze information from multiple teams to create efficient processes and reports.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations as an operational partner.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or Economics.
• 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a technology or financial services organization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent program management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and executive communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings with executives and collaborate across various functions within an organization.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and accomplish tasks.
• An MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as MS Dynamics, SalesForce, Outreach, and Gong is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools is beneficial.
