Revenue Operations Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and resolve problems within production processes and automations.

• Collect current-state (as-is) commercial processes from business teams, design the future state (to-be), and convert it into HubSpot configuration.

• Define and validate integrations and AI initiatives implemented in operations.

• Develop, enhance, and document workflows and automations.

• Act as the operational contact for business units while upholding configuration standards.

• Embrace a digital mindset, show curiosity towards new technologies, and demonstrate an interest in how Artificial Intelligence can revolutionize processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in configuring CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, RD Station, or similar.

• Familiarity with branching and conditional workflows, properties, objects, pipelines, and permission management.

• Knowledge of HubSpot is advantageous.

• Functional comprehension of integrations, including APIs, webhooks, system synchronization, and error management.

• Experience interacting directly with commercial teams and business leadership.

• Capability to analyze failures in integrations, workflows, and processes within the tools.

• Awareness of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts.
