This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and enhance the top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes, starting from Marketing engagement to Contact creation, Account readiness, and Discovery handoff, with a focus on automation, data quality, and thorough documentation.
• Define and take ownership of lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies that dictate lead and account movement through the top of funnel; collaborate with Business Systems for implementation.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, engaging with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and other teams.
• Assist in attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and performance at the early funnel stage.
• Oversee workflow automations including Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, and process triggers to enhance speed-to-lead and minimize manual tasks.
• Work alongside Business Systems to enhance Salesforce and related GTM tools for improved lead and account management efficiency and data integrity.
• Educate and support revenue teams on top of funnel processes and tooling updates with Revenue Enablement.
• A BA/BS or an equivalent 4-year degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; having administrator experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot and HubSpot.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• A solid understanding of business intelligence tools.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools, data enrichment tools, lead scoring, or attribution frameworks is preferred.
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, and measuring funnel performance.
• Ability to manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, a growth-oriented mindset, and a tendency to document and systematize repeatable processes.
