This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage pricing models for Vatica’s services, Cozeva’s SaaS subscriptions, and integrated or cross-sell deals.
• Define discount thresholds, approval processes, and criteria for nonstandard terms.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to sustain the revenue forecast, oversee the forecasting cadence, identify pipeline risks, and propose actions to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Direct the deal desk and enhance sales stages, exit criteria, and processes to expedite sales cycles and boost conversion rates.
• Work alongside Marketing on lead scoring, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and attribution.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the quote-to-cash process.
• Ensure a dependable source of data for pipeline, bookings, and forecasts.
• Manage the revenue technology stack and ensure data quality.
• Oversee commercial reporting across pipeline, conversion, churn, and upsell and cross-sell performance.
• Prepare reports for board meetings, investor updates, and eventual exit strategies.
• Manage territory design, quota establishment, sales commission structures and administration, and account segmentation.
• Grow the Revenue Operations team, enhance its capabilities as necessary, and clarify ownership across pricing, deal desk, systems, and reporting.
• A minimum of 10 years in revenue or sales operations, with direct management of CRM, sales process design, forecasting, and commercial analytics.
• Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, sales representative ramp time, or territory coverage with quantifiable results.
• Experience in leading and developing a Revenue Operations team, establishing clear accountability, and scaling team capabilities to meet organizational needs.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce.
• Background in pricing strategy ownership and governance, collaborating with Finance on forecasts, and presenting forecast accuracy to leadership.
• Familiarity with SaaS or hybrid SaaS and services revenue models.
• Understanding of payer and provider value-based care markets.
