Revenue Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Oversee pricing and revenue performance for the Canadian and Latin American portfolios

• Enhance occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Night (RevPAN)

• Manage minimum-stay policies, last-minute discounts, booking-window strategies, and seasonal pricing adjustments

• Identify properties that are underperforming and implement corrective pricing strategies

• Take ownership of PriceLabs configuration and optimization

• Establish and fine-tune pricing rules, customizations, and market-specific strategies

• Analyze demand trends, seasonality, holidays, local events, and competitor pricing

• Ensure that pricing recommendations align properly with Hostaway and Guesty

• Monitor comparable properties, market demand, occupancy trends, booking velocity, and pricing opportunities

• Create market-specific pricing strategies for Canada and Latin America

• Collaborate with Distribution, Airbnb Performance, Reservations, and Operations teams

• Assist with pricing strategies and revenue forecasts for new property launches

• Compile weekly revenue performance reports

• Identify properties with the best and worst performance

• Articulate pricing decisions and their commercial implications

• Suggest data-driven enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in short-term rental revenue management

• Proficiency in PriceLabs is essential

• Preferred experience managing pricing for a minimum of 100 short-term rental properties

• Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com

• Knowledge of property management systems like Hostaway, Guesty, or similar

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets

• Understanding key metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAN, booking pace, and revenue forecasting

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills

• Experience managing multiple geographic markets is highly desirable
