Revenue Operations Analyst – Customer Experience, Partner Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee Customer Success Operations, including the instrumentation of CX processes and maintaining CRM integrity in HubSpot.

• Record CX processes, workflows, and enforce adherence to established protocols.

• Establish key performance indicators and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on renewal rates, retention, upselling, GDR, NDR, and logo retention.

• Manage Partnership Operations, focusing on the instrumentation of partnership processes and ensuring CRM hygiene in HubSpot.

• Document partnership workflows, processes, and ensure compliance with standards.

• Develop and sustain partner pipeline and reporting for programs.

• Assist with ongoing go-to-market operations requests across Customer Success and Partnerships, including variable compensation calculations and ad hoc data inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, ideally within Customer Success and/or Partnership Operations.

• Practical experience with HubSpot, including the creation of workflows, properties, reports, and dashboards.

• Proficient understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, GDR, NDR, churn, partner-sourced ARR, and partner-influenced ARR.

• Proven track record in maintaining data integrity and identifying errors/process discrepancies.

• Willingness to learn new AI tools, technologies, and methodologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
