Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the revenue operations process from lead generation through to customer acquisition and renewal.

• Take ownership of essential revenue operations systems and CRM tools utilized in cross-functional workflows, including the closure of deals.

• Develop and manage reports and dashboards to synchronize data across departments and furnish insights to stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

• Leverage data and analytics to assess and enhance marketing and sales performance.

• Conduct market and customer research to gain insights into the target audience and pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Offer CRM training and support to ensure data integrity across tools.

• Play a role in the development and ongoing enhancement of revenue operations processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related area, such as sales or marketing operations, performance marketing, or business analytics.

• Proven project management abilities and a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a background in using data and analytics to enhance business performance.

• Familiarity with sales, operations, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, and NetSuite.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including experience working across departments.

• Understanding of the sales process along with the company’s target audience and objectives.

• Ability to adapt and be flexible in the face of change.

• Basic SQL experience is advantageous.

• A strong desire to learn and grow in revenue operations, with a willingness to continuously enhance and develop new skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Eligibility to work in the United States, as addressed by the work-authorization and sponsorship questions.
