Revenue Integrity Liaison – Education, Auditing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate initiatives focused on revenue integrity.

• Act as an internal consultant.

• Propel performance improvement initiatives across the enterprise.

• Evaluate professional billing workflows.

• Track performance metrics.

• Aid departments and providers with education on the revenue cycle and resolve issues.

• Provide guidance to departments, clinics, and providers regarding professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows.

• Identify and analyze trends in charging, coding, documentation, and billing that affect professional revenue.

• Offer targeted education and suggestions to providers and departments.

• Create and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders.

• Generate and assess standard reports and dashboards to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in the development and implementation of revenue cycle education and training programs.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must live and work full-time in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas prior to their first day of employment.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity.

• CHC, CPB, CPMA, or CPC certification must be obtained within 1 year of the hire date.

• Comprehensive knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.

• Excellent consulting, presentation, and persuasion skills.

• Capability to convert data into actionable operational strategies.

• Ability to execute essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
