This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Create and propose pricing and revenue enhancement strategies for the Natureβs Path portfolio.
β’ Oversee yearly pricing assessments and assist with list price modifications, promotional pricing, pack structure changes, and pricing elasticity evaluations.
β’ Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance to manage the annual revenue plan for North American markets.
β’ Analyze trade promotion effectiveness, encompassing trade expenditure, event-level ROI, ROTI, risk and opportunity management, and post-event promotional analytics.
β’ Work alongside customer sales teams to devise promotional schedules, retailer-specific growth strategies, and suggestions for merchandising initiatives.
β’ Review SKU, flavor, package size, and channel performance to inform decisions on portfolio, assortment, shelf productivity, innovation, and renovation.
β’ Transform insights from Commercial, Category Management, and Finance into actionable recommendations for portfolio optimization, brand health, pricing strategies, customer requests, and whitespace opportunities.
β’ Generate actionable insights utilizing Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, retailer POS, panel data, Power BI, and Excel.
β’ Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track volume, price, mix, distribution, velocity, and profitability.
β’ Direct scenario modeling, financial evaluations, month-end performance reviews, and business cases to support commercial decision-making and recommendations for senior leadership.
β’ Act as the subject matter expert for TPM, collaborating with tool providers and internal teams in Sales, Finance, Business Solutions, Marketing, Supply Chain, and cross-functional departments.
β’ Assist with annual operating planning, forecasting, long-term planning, and ongoing TPM and RGM projects.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in CPG, revenue growth management, pricing, trade promotion, category management, sales strategy, or finance.
β’ Background in the consumer products sector, including category and brand strategies, competitor analysis, retail channels, trade strategies, and negotiation skills.
β’ Strong financial expertise, encompassing effective P&L management, scenario modeling, and business analytical capabilities.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing technology, data, and reporting tools to enhance revenue strategies and commercial decision-making.
β’ Familiarity with syndicated and retailer data sources such as Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, retailer POS, panel data, or SPINS is advantageous.
β’ Required experience with Power BI and/or data science, along with advanced Excel capabilities.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill data into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams and senior management.
