Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conducts quality assurance evaluations for all MCI Revenue Cycle departments.

• Reviews all Pre-Registration, Clinic and Treatment Authorizations, as well as Billing activities.

• Adheres to HIPAA, AHCA, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.

• Ensures confidentiality concerning work assessed during audits.

• Performs additional tasks as required in a dynamic work environment with evolving needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree.

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting with expertise in the revenue cycle (including All Pre-Registration, Treatment and Clinic Authorizations, Billing, etc.).

• Proficient in PC applications, including Office 365 and Microsoft Office products such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.

• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

• Highly organized, capable of effectively managing multiple initiatives while facilitating sustainable operational improvements.

• Demonstrates adaptability to undertake other tasks as required in a fast-paced work environment with shifting demands.

• Upholds and exemplifies high ethical standards and strategic practices to promote the organization's success.

• Ability to quickly learn and adjust to new technologies and software tools.
