This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage one or more accounts or substantial audit support projects.

• Supervise audit support revenue cycle activities to optimize valid claim identification and recover overpayments.

• Fulfill contractual obligations and deliver customer satisfaction in line with operational practices and audit procedures.

• Recruit, develop, mentor, lead, and retain talent while enhancing the team and company culture.

• Analyze revenue streams and revenue-related data to uncover opportunities for maximizing revenue or margins.

• Suggest changes in product/service pricing based on availability and anticipated demand.

• Adjust revenue management strategies to target specific markets.

• Monitor team or departmental efficiency and ensure output aligns with expectations.

• Manage financial operations, payment processing, cash flow, and the health of receivables.

• Enhance and standardize revenue-cycle workflows and resource utilization.

• Prepare status reports for management to analyze trends and recommend efficiency improvements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.

• Oversee the delivery of Accounts Receivable audit services by managing assigned engagement teams.

• Establish policies and standard operating procedures to support collections and cash allocation.

• Evaluate audit progress against metrics and guide activities to meet business goals and customer expectations.

• Collaborate with Business Optimization and support functions to achieve audit objectives.

• Increase efficiency and productivity, reduce operational costs, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.

• Advocate for innovative solutions and optimize audit processes and efficiencies.

• Address customer issues and conflicts, including direct communication with clients.

• Eliminate obstacles and lead issue resolution to achieve closure and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure audit teams review all categories of claims and utilize available software, reports, and IT resources.

• Work with SAM to pursue growth opportunities with current and prospective clients.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect PHI.

• Oversee staff selection, supervision, evaluation, and development; set objectives and conduct performance reviews.

• Analyze client and customer needs, provide assistance, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.

• 3-5+ years of prior experience in accounting or business operations.

• Healthcare experience with financial systems is preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in People Management is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.

• Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred.

• Strong skills in SQL querying.

• Proficient in Tableau for reporting insights.

• Prior experience with direct client interaction is required.

• Ability to lead, influence, manage, and motivate others.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with applicable industry standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.

• Understanding of revenue cycle practices.

• Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure workspace.

• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain the office setup.
